and Modesto have negociated with people holding a
negative in their ChexSystems record. Maybe
this criteria will work at other US Bank locations.

Orange County Federal Credit Union
does indeed verify new accounts using Chexsystmes, but some branch locations
(the Lake Forest branch, for example) has a few human beans that will negociate with customers.
Also found in Orange County, the
Family 1 Federal Credit Union
verifies new accounts using TeleCheck instead of
ChexSystems. Thus, they are able to okay new accounts to anyone who
lives or works in Placentia, or to anyone who
worships at one of

California Bank & Trust
is on the ball. He states that if one can produce evidence that all negatives have
been paid and that you don't
plan on abusing your checking account in the future,
they will consider granting an account.

accounts with ChexSystems. Yes, it's a credit union, so those eligible for membership are
employees or their immediate family members

California dreamin' states that in Sacramento County,
Heritage Community Credit Union
(formerly Mather FCU) will okay savings-only
accounts regardless of one's ChexSystems
history and will consider conversion to
a checking account after six problem-free months.
